Outpatient Behavioral Health Services

Continuing the Circle of Care

Outpatient care through Behavioral Health Services is available for adults who are 18 and older and are experiencing psychological difficulties, but do not need to be hospitalized or have been discharged from a hospital setting for transitional care.

Our outpatient services address conditions that include:

  • Anxiety
  • Adult Attention deficit hyperactivity
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Depression
  • Cognitive (thinking and problem-solving) assessment
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder
  • Post-traumatic stress
  • Schizophrenia
  • Stress
  • Treatment-resistant psychiatric disorders.

In addition to group and individual therapy sessions, Behavioral Health Services offers Ketamine therapy for individuals suffering from depression who meet special criteria for quick relief of their symptoms. Ketamine infusion, administered under the direction and supervision of an anesthesiologist at St. Catherine Hospital, has the ability to work right away. Most antidepressants can take weeks, even months, to provide relief.

Research has shown a series of six infusions, given every other day over a 12 to 14 day period can produce optimal outcomes. However, Ketamine isn't prescribed for everyone.
