HOBART – Do you or your loved one find that you can’t get a good night’s sleep because one of you snores? Have you ever had a creeping, crawling sensation in your legs that gives you an irresistible urge to move and disrupts your sleep? Sleep is essential to our well-being, yet, most people are unaware of its importance and do not talk about it with their doctors.
